Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Eagle Engineering & Design ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Eagle Engineering & Design provides professional automotive accessory installation and customization services, including but not limited to:

• Custom interior modifications and upgrades
• Performance enhancement installations
• Audio system installations and upgrades
• Vehicle lighting system modifications
• Protective accessory installations
• Fleet vehicle modifications and outfitting

Service Agreement and Estimates

All services are provided based on written estimates and service agreements. By accepting our services, you agree to:

• The scope of work as described in the written estimate
• The pricing and payment terms specified
• The estimated timeline for completion
• Any additional terms specific to your project

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Significant changes to the scope of work may require a new estimate and customer approval.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• Projects under $1,000: Full payment due upon completion
• Projects $1,000-$5,000: 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
• Projects over $5,000: Custom payment schedule as agreed in writing

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash, check, or bank transfer
• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Financing options for qualified customers on larger projects

Late Payment

Accounts not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% (18% annually) on the unpaid balance.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information and access
• Removing personal belongings from the vehicle
• Disclosing any existing vehicle issues or modifications
• Ensuring adequate fuel level (minimum 1/4 tank)
• Providing clear access to work areas
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Prompt pickup of completed vehicles

Service Quality and Workmanship

We provide professional installation services using industry-standard practices and quality components. Our commitment includes:

• Professional-grade installation techniques
• Quality components from reputable manufacturers
• Thorough testing of all installed systems
• Documentation of all work performed
• Customer walkthrough upon completion

Limitations and Disclaimers

Vehicle Compatibility

While we strive to ensure compatibility, some modifications may not be suitable for all vehicles. We will advise you of any compatibility issues during consultation.

Vehicle Warranty

Modifications may affect manufacturer warranties. We recommend consulting with your vehicle dealer regarding warranty implications before proceeding with modifications.

Performance Claims

Performance improvements are estimates based on typical results. Actual performance may vary based on vehicle condition, driving habits, and environmental factors.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use of vehicle beyond the agreed service period
• Damage to personal property left in the vehicle
• Issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions
• Modifications performed by other parties

Vehicle Storage and Liability

Regarding vehicles in our possession:

• We maintain commercial general liability insurance
• Vehicles are stored in secured facilities when possible
• Customers are responsible for comprehensive and collision coverage
• We are not liable for damage from natural disasters or theft
• Storage fees may apply for vehicles not picked up within 5 days of completion

Cancellation and Changes

Customer Cancellation

• Cancellations before work begins: Full refund minus restocking fees for ordered parts
• Cancellations after work begins: Payment for completed work plus cost of ordered parts
• Custom orders and special-order parts are non-refundable

Project Changes

Changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation between parties as the preferred method
• Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful
• Legal proceedings only as a last resort

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the appropriate courts of Michigan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
